The IBD Nurse Education modules provide training and education for both newly appointed and experienced IBD nurses. The standalone modules are designed in consultation with IBD nurses and specialists with extensive experience in delivering training.

With a maximum of 12 participants, the modules offer a relaxed learning environment that encourages collaboration and sharing between all attendees. The weekend training events are held at times and locations convenient for you, and are fully funded by Tillotts Pharma UK.

Really enjoyed the weekend, I will take lots back to improve our service. Very relaxed atmosphere with informative and encouraging speakers.”

For information on current availability for the remaining education modules in 2021, please contact logic@tillotts.com to register your interest in attending.

In November, Tillotts LOGIC education proudly introduces the new eLearning portal, an educational platform providing a range of free online interactive IBD educational modules to access at your convenience. Specifically designed for healthcare professionals who want to expand their knowledge in IBD, these online modules also include downloadable handouts and completion certificates for your CPD records. To register to access the eLearning portal, please visit the Tillotts LOGIC website – www.logic-tillotts.co.uk

The new Tillotts LOGIC website also features a resource centre, containing educational webinars, videos and presentations focusing on IBD, as well as highlights from congresses, and service development information you can download and use in your own practice.

The award winning annual IBD Nurse Education and Recognition Event was established by Tillotts Pharma UK in 2017 to support IBD nurse education, recognise excellence in improving patient care, share best practice, and encourage networking.

The Education Day provides an opportunity for discussion and sharing of best practice and aims to empower nurses with the knowledge to improve patient care, and to motivate them to make changes to improve efficiency in their service. The Recognition Evening acknowledges and celebrates the achievements of IBD nurses attending, who have developed an innovative project to improve patient care.

‘It has enhanced my learning and knowledge in my new role. This will improve my confidence and competence in understanding my new duties and enhance patient care’

This interactive and practical educational programme is developed by a committee of experts in IBD and is free to attend including travel and accommodation, where required.  Please email logic@tillotts.com to register your interest in attending the 2022 event.
