On behalf of the BSG 2021 Planning Committee, it is with great pleasure that we invite you to join us for the BSG Annual Meeting 2021 Online on the 8 – 12 November.

In January 2021, we ran BSG Campus, the BSG’s first ever digital meeting. BSG Campus was a huge success and brought together more than 1,300 attendees over seven days of interactive learning and virtual networking. With the success of BSG Campus in mind and considering the challenges we faced in 2020 through to 2021, we have made the decision to bring our Annual Meeting online so that we can continue to keep our colleagues safe while bringing them new educational content on a diverse and engaging virtual platform.

The BSG Annual Meeting Online will feature a series of world-class lectures that will cover a range of topics as well as Meet the Expert sessions, social events including a virtual fun-run, and thought-provoking plenary sessions. The programme will also feature a virtual poster gallery and presentations from the 2021 top scoring abstracts.

Having reviewed and acted on the feedback from BSG Campus, the BSG Annual Meeting Online is set to be even better. We aim to bring together more attendees for an even more innovative and interactive learning experience. For our partners, this in an opportunity to connect with the wider gastroenterology community including physicians, surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, scientists, nurses, dieticians, and other specialists working in the field.
